Our calculator and checklist run in your browser. Optional analytics are currently inactive; if enabled, they require your consent. Links currently earn no affiliate commissions.

What the site processes

The hosting provider necessarily processes requests to serve pages and may keep operational logs such as IP address, request time and browser information under its own policies. We do not have a custom visitor database, payment processing or a booking service.

The calculator’s values and temporary checklist state are processed locally and are not submitted to a server. We do not request names, passport data, payment details or loyalty-account credentials. If you email the founder, your message is processed through the email service used by that address.

Optional analytics and your choice

Optional Google Analytics is currently inactive. If enabled, we ask for consent before it loads. You can decline or change the choice using the Analytics preferences link in the footer. You can use the site without allowing analytics.

When permitted and configured, analytics can record page visits, calculator use, checklist interactions, and outbound-link events with page paths and destination hostnames. We do not send your calculator entries, checklist contents or email address to analytics. Your consent choice is saved in browser storage.

Referral measurement has limits

When analytics is active, identifiable referrer hostnames are grouped into ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, Bing and other categories. Missing referral information remains unknown/direct. We do not invent AI referrals or treat an AI citation as a visit. Browser privacy choices and blocked analytics can reduce measured traffic.

An outbound link records interest only when optional analytics is active. It does not prove a booking or sale. Commercial conversions would require actual reports from an approved affiliate partner.

Affiliate disclosure

Current links do not earn affiliate commissions. We may later apply to programs covering credit cards, lounge memberships or travel bookings, but participation and commissions are not represented as active. If a link can generate compensation, we will disclose that near the relevant link and use appropriate link attributes.

We compare options for usefulness and cost rather than commission. Direct airline links and noncommercial sources will remain available when they help the reader. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

This notice was prepared September 30, 2026 for the current launch implementation and must be reviewed when tracking, forms or commercial integrations change. It is a description of site behavior, not a claim of universal regulatory compliance.
